Summary

This is less a real patch and more a "live mockup" to test some ideas for possible changes to Camera View. This is mostly motivated by my dislike for the dashed lines used there, but I also like the idea of having it look more recognizably as a camera viewfinder. Also makes it work better for different dpi and line width (and Macs that don't do wide gl lines).

Minor tweaks and adding a couple more composition guides.

Hi Harley, since you are getting your hands dirty in this area, would it be feasible/desirable to add some sort of indicator for when the camera frame goes completely off screen?
Something akin to this crude mockup.

Some times for no reason view jumps off screen very large distances and other than pressing Home key it is hard to manually return the view to sane positions.
Having an indicator at the edge of the viewport that always dynamically points to the view center may be useful.

If this was trivial to implement as an overlay it would be something I'd see being useful for other purposes, like pointing to active objects or selections in the frequent case where they land very far away from origin (like after importing) or are very far off screen.

Just adding more composition guides back in.
