Summary

Caused by rB35e3dc9192e7.

Above commit moved 'Weight Paint' & 'Vertex Paint' keymap also before
'Paint Curve' keymap.
This way, paintcurve.add_point_slide would be overriden by:

paint.vertex_paint (inverted)
paint.weight_sample

Now move 'Paint Curve' above again.

Reordering keymaps should be done carefully, although since this is only used when paint-curve is active - and it doesn't contain many key bindings, I can't see a problem with this.
