Short description of error
Every time I open blender, after a few moments it freezes for just a few seconds and then it comes back to normal but after a few seconds it happens the same and so on. I don't think it is a problem of my device, because I've been using it for about a month and it always worked perfectly until today, it all started when I downloaded a new update, but then came back to the previous one and same thing happened. I've tried a lot of things, I updated GPU drivers, I checked and I have a lot of memory available in my computer, it's not related to the auto-save function in the preferences, and as I said before, it's not my device's problem.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

1. Start blender
2. Wait a few seconds and it will freeze for few moments
3. Wait a little bit of time and see hw it starts working again
4. After some moments it happens exactly the same as before
