Blender Version
Broken: 3.2.2
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Blender 3.2.2 has a response delay
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
When I open a new window, it lags 3-4 late. For eg; when I go to files menu, it takes 3-4 seconds to select the menu. It is with every action. Even selecting the cube. I have tried restarting multiple times and it didn't work. Please help asap. Thanks

Blender 3.2.2 lags a couple of seconds behind and it's really frustrating. I haven't faced any issues when I used previous versions before. I don't even know if this issue is only for me or not as I tried searching for solutions online and didn't find any answers.

Thanks for the report. Does this happen with factory settings: File → Defaults → Load Factory Settings
