Hello ,

In my Blender I'm trying to put an image/texture in a plane, but I do not get , I have another old file that I tried and if it works , I think the problem is to generate new files , I leave a video .

You forgot to change from solid to either Material Preview or Rendered shading.
Either use the widget in the top right of the 3D viewport or press Z in the 3D viewport:

You would at least go to Material Preview (or Rendered) viewport shading mode, no?
