とにかくキーボードの機能が、blenderを起動して、やっている途中で反応しなくなります。最近よくあります。

Hi, thanks for the report. Information you've provided is not sufficient for us to investigate this issue further.
Does this happen when you switch between apps and come back to blender?
Do we need particular setup to reproduce this issue?
Please check again with factory settings: File → Defaults → Load Factory Settings
