Worked: 2.8 as can be seen in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nce7SVJD330
Short description of error
when manipulating in the timeline the keyframed offset of an imported reference image sequence blender crashes. (when working this can be very useful for retiming video referece for animation)
as a side note when working with an image sequence as camera background everything works as expected
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
move the keyframe in the attaached blend file
(sample image sequence)
from default:
*import image sequende either by drag and drop or through context menu.
*Under Object Data Properties change Source to Image Sequence.
*Add Keyframe to Offset
*Move the keyframe
*Move the timeline
*Move keyframe again, blender crashes
Thanks
