[I cannot select a part of file only the full part of the file. I tryed to redownload it an the issue is still there.]

What do you mean by "part of the file"? Only a number of objects? Or a number of vertices? Or what exactly?
Can you attach the file in question?
Maybe the objects are part of and instanced collection, that's why you can't select the objects individually.

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
