Render's start and end are editable with no effect on rendering process

Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
I tried to end rendering process by changing end value. I found that the process is continuing and passing new end value

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1- Put 1000 in render End field.
2- Start rendering animation.
3- Change End field value to 2000 before it reaches this value.
4- Wait till it reach 2000, then you will notice the process is passing it.

Thanks for the report, but the issue reported here is a request for modified/improved behavior and not a bug in current behavior. Closing as this bug tracker is only for bugs and errors.
This is expected behavior - frame range is set before rendering itself starts. So any changes during rendering will be disregarded.
