Force fields no longer work correctly against ridged bodies.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Load file above
    • Consists of a simple ridged body Cube falling onto a Plane and influenced by a Wind force field
  • Hit play
  • The physics is very broken -- compare 3.2 vs 3.3/3.4

Looks to have been broken for some time...

This changed in f4d8382c86ba760c5fccf7096ca50d6572b208bd. But the commit says that the change is expected and will result in much stronger force from effectors on simulations, so it seems the old behavior is the broken one.
