I'm Having Problems With Blender, Windows And Linux Shortcuts!

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

My Linux BLender shortcuts don't work like they do on Windows

For example, in Windows I can Select All the Corners with (Alt) + (Left Click), But when I want to do this in Linux, the Window goes into Motion Mode... Will I Have Such Problems on Every Short Road? What is the Solution?

Yes, I Solved the Problem from the Settings, But Now the Inside (I) Key is Not Working...

The problem was related to the Keyboard layout of my language
Blender Can't Detect the Small(i) on my Slice as the Big(I) in english :(

As far as I know, blender assumes english keyboard layout is used. This is by design.

So i key on turkish layout, should be recognized as S key. N key in turkish layout should correspond to I key

I Tried What You Said Unfortunately Not So, Blender Cannot Detect Small(ı) in Turkish as Big(I) in English(At least on Linux)

Unfortunately I am not sure if I can reproduce this even ok Linux system. Will try, but please click on Help > Save System Info and upload provided file, so I can see OS details.
