TeddyBear.blend created in 2.49, when opened in 2.5 causes segmentation fault

problem identified and resolved.

segmentation fault exits when touching psys->particles->boid

look a two 'if' structures in the code above I have just followed that template .. as the original coder intended!

I don't have commit access would someone review and commit for me ... thanks Martin
