This patch adds support for mice with 5 buttons.
Currently only recent X11 systems and Windows systems that are supported by Blender support it. Carbon which Blender uses on OSX does not seem to support 5 mouse buttons natively. When Blender makes the switch to cocoa it should be pretty easy to support 5 button mice.

This patch was made against Trunk Revision 23359.
