Description

This patch is a fix for bug 19712.

I added an additional state to the transform to track the difference between a left click with and without mouse movement. This enables you to click the manipulator and move the mouse without the button held down.

(This is my first submit so let me know if I am doing things wrong)

Thanks for the patch. I applied and modified a bit to make it
useful for other new changes too.

Commit pending, tonight or tomorrow.
