This error is happening with the svns. The last is http://www.graphicall.org/builds/builds/showbuild.php?action=show&id=877.
The error is :
AppName: blender.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: blender.exe
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00403e3a
It's very strange because others builds run correctly (for instance : http://www.graphicall.org/builds/builds/showbuild.php?action=show&id=1169)

The first link has these instructions, did you install the runtime?

Make sure you have the MS Visual C++ Runtime installed on your computer. Otherwise, Blender maybe fails on start.

But I'm not sure the Runtime of 2005 is installed.
I think it is not necessary !

If that build is made using Visual Studio 2008, you do need the 2008 version of the runtime installed.

The 2008 version SP1 is installed !

But further, we can't support unofficial graphicall builds, if one works and another not, that means it's some problem in how the build is made, and that is not under our control.
