Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT (driver 190.53

Issue:
The Emit, Environment, and Indirect passes don't show up in the renderlayers node in the compositor.

Brecht, I'm assigning this to you, hope it's fine. I'm attaching a patch with a possible fix to this. Seems to be pretty safe changes but I know nothing about this area of the code so better if you give it a look first.
