Fix for [#21530] http://projects.blender.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=21530&group_id=9&atid=498

Patch is pretty self explanatory, changed so it doesn't default to using a middle mouse button event in GHOST X11 now.

Attached a second patch that just does the same thing but re-factors a little more to remove the double case statements and be mildly cleaner and clearer.
