64-bit 2.5a2 Error and Wont Start

Description

Using a Win7 laptop with a 64-bit intel integrated graphics 4600 card, the application (64bit 2.5a2) "failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect." Upon using sxstrace, the tool gives the output attached, and it seems to be a manifest error.

By the way did you install the Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistribution Package, linked from the blender.org download page? http://www.blender.org/download/get-25-alpha/

That was the problem... did not install Visual C++.
