I'm learning Blender right now (one week into it) and the search option is disabled right now so I couldn't find out if this was already reported or not.

This is a suggestion for improving the tool and making life a little easier when editing UVs

Please make it so that what is selected in the UV/Image Editor becomes highlighted in the 3D View. This sound like I'm asking for what Sync UV and Mesh Selection does already but I'm not.

You can see that one vertex is selected in the 3D view but that three UV are selected in the UV/Image Editor. The visual feed back in 3D View of knowing what vertex I am selecting in the UV/Image Editor view is good. But there is no way to only select 'one' uv with the Sync UV and Mesh Selection turned on.

So the user has to turn on Sync UV and Mesh Selection and select the UV to see which one they are selecting, then turn it back off to only select on particular UV. And as you can see in screencap_UV02.jpg that it is impossible to tell where the selected UV is located on the model in the 3D View.

I think it would help if when Sync UV and Mesh Selection was turned off that the user would still see visual feed back in the 3D view of what UV, edge or face they have selected in the UV/Image Editor. This would speed up the process of editing the UVs.
