Background image doesn't work.

r28714 built with mingw 5.1.6, python 2.6.5, and scons on winXP 32bit
no optimizations or modifications

tested on two different computers.

.blend file supplied with packed jpeg

Oh! :) I saw this too. Just forgot to report:

Background image shows only in Camera view. It must be very handy if it will be supported in all views including Perspective and Ortho.

i didn't have the view set to ortho
this is not a bug. Sorry again.
