Description

After using loop cut and slide the maximize, minimize, and close Windows buttons stop working.

Open default scene.
Press ctrl+r in edit mode to loop cut and slide.
After applying, the the maximize, minimize, and close Windows buttons stop working.

How do you execute and confirm the loop cut? You press ctrl R, click once to choose an edge loop, then click again to confirm? Or (if you have 'release confirm' enabled) click, or click+drag to confirm? Are there any other symptoms of this problem apart from the windows title bar widgets not working?
