ASC-CDL Transfer Function in the Color Balance does not match spec

Description

The ASC-CDL transfer function in the Color Balance node does not follow the spec and produces images that do not match the the output of the reference test images.

The spec and sample code is available from:

A patch is in the works to correct this.

I believe this was corrected by Matt Ebb as of SVN 31637.

While Matt has tested this against the ASC provided spec images, it would be good to get confirmation on your end.
