Shortcuts to folders/network places invisible in File Browser

Description

Only common folders are visible in File Browser (official Blender 2.54 Beta). Network places/folder shortcuts are unavailable.

I'm using Windows XP 64 bit, Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset

this isnt a bug, blender just doesnt support browsing files this way.
youll have to map the driver.
