Is it correct though seems to move when correcting it like line 488 of the attached file?

It seems that it causes in disappearing of Dynamic spacebar menu because Space-Key is allocated in WM_OT_search_menu by the WM_keymap_verify_item function in the 3298th line of wm_operators.c.

Dynamic Spacebar is an Add-On specific to 3DView.

It is not expected to work in other editors like Properties or Info.

Menu File is a part of Info Editor.

Hmm, for me the add-on doesn't enable properly. The spacebar doesn't open dynamic menu after enabling, but just simply search menu.

With r32500 in my case.

The same phenomenon has been generated though optional Load UI is set by a usual file browser and the file is loaded. Dynamic spacebar menu is displayed when optional Load UI is removed and it loads it.

This is a long standing known issue,
It affects all addons that use custom keyconfigs

The Problem is:
If I enable an add on then save user defaults, each time I open Blender, The Add on is enabled & working.
If I press File New the add on appears enabled but is not working, you must toggle the enable on the script again to get it working.

It would be best to ask ideasman or a more senior dev for their opinion.

I think that nothing is actually registered in keymaps though the code expects the thing registered in keymaps of Struct UserDef.
