Ctrl+click (extrude) doesn't respond most of the time.

Description

I just installed the V2.54.0 R32557 and when using the extrude function via Ctrl+click :
sometime it works but most of the times nothing happens.
previous release was working perfectely (r32343).

It seems that if there is too much delay between Ctrl and Click -> nothing happens(sometime the value "3" appears in console window).

Also a big difference with previous release is that I must release and push down the Ctrl key between each click to extrude.

Please state what OS you're experiencing this bug on. We need this info to be able to narrow down the possible offending code.

I'm experiencing the same bug on Vista 32bits with r32569.

OS is Windows XP Service pack3
GraphicalCard Nvidia 6700 XL.
