User Preferences Window - Blurry and Impossible to Read

Hello,

SYSTEM SPECS

- installed Blender 2.55 Beta (through the .zip file)
- Toshiba laptop
- 32 bit Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2
- Python 2.6.6 Programming Language.
- Intel 965 Express Chipset Family

PROBLEM

- when opening the user preferences window it is blurry and impossible to read but still functions
- I have included a picture showing my problem
- open, save etc. windows are all clear and visible. The user preferences window seems to be the only one with problems

This is a driver problem, avoid creation new windows (Window duplication, user preferences through File menu, render to new window). User preferences you can change also where you change space type. So use ie. 3dview to open your user preferences in.
