Like in topic it doesn't. Button is unactive.
Find in BF 33274, and also in experimentahal build's from 24.11.2010.
I don't post blend, because it don't work on a fresh file.

It has been purposedly greyed out. Adding in editmode doesn't work currently. Is a todo.
