all recent graphicall builds 35469, 35474, 35499, 35518 (35413 is last version starting) are not working for me

Assigning to Alexander. It seems use of GetRawInputData was introduced in a patch you made, but it's only supported on Windows XP and up.

Pardon, but we aren't supporting windows 2000 anymore. Windows 2003 should work fine, but not older versions. So, the only thing to get blender workable again -- upgrade your system. Or switch to linux ;)
