I am using Blender 2.56.0 r34076

The following steps reproduce the bug:

1. Start Blender, load the factory settings via File --> Load Factory Settings.

2. Then open User Preferences and activate the Add-Ons "3D View: Dynamic Spacebar Menu".

3. "Save as default" or simply close the User Preferences (no difference).

4. In the 3D view, hit the spacebar and the "Dynamic Spacebar Menu" is visible and working fine.

5. Load a new file via File --> New, and hit spacebar in the 3D view again, and the "Dynamic Spacebar Menu" has disappeared. It however is still activated in the User Preferences --> Add-Ons.

I have attached a .blend file and a screenshot. I don't know for sure if the .blend file reproduces the bug on another PC.
