If you open the user preferences window and look at the Import Images as Planes script's description the description will go off the window if the window is sufficiently small.

I assume that the same happens for any other heading if the text is long enough and the window is small enough.

Shouldn't the text wrap around so you can read the whole thing without having to widen the window anymore?

I don't know for sure if this is a bug, or maybe it should just be a Todo.
