When button panel is horizontally at the bottom of blender window and scroll(up/down) or zoom in or out(with num key "+" or "-") in button panel, frequently the buttons get bigger and I can't go right to see the rest of the other button panels. The scrollbar gets stuck.

Even if i zoom out, the size changes a little bit but still it's too big and I can scroll right of the button panel. So basically stuck with only half button panel visible.

To reproduce this bug you have to open the attached blend file, click on "modifier" tab on button panel and full zoom in to and full zoom out with num key on button panel(couple of times). It also happens rarely when I scroll.

I had to quit blender to get it fixed. This bug is visible both in the blender 2.57 that comes with stock python-3.2 and the blender I built with python3.2(that was also built by myself).

This line should be "I can't scroll right of the button panel". It should be "can't" not "can"...sorry about that typo.

This issue has been on our todo-list for ages now.

In short, Horizontal layouts should not be used at all in 2.5 anymore. They are not supported well or at all, and there is little active interest in doing so.
