Theme default resets are broken

Description

This problem occurs in the Themes tab of the User Preferences menu. I am using Blender 2.57a 64-bit.

When I right-click the options, I can reset single or all to default. This gives strange results regardless of whether or not I have changed the settings.

If I click "Reset All to Default Values", the one I clicked on will turn black and the rest will stay the same.
If I click "Reset Single to Default Value", the R (Red) value will be set to 0, and the Green and Blue will stay the same.

I have not tested the latest SVN version for this bug. I'll test it and report.

Tested it on r36344. Bug is still present.

this is not simple to do without duplicating all these settings into RNA which I rather not do,
since this is not really a high priority crasher or blocking users, moving to TODO.

Makes sense. I've got time so I'll see what I can do, but I can't promise anything.
