I don't know when exactly it started but I had Blender open and was switching between it, my web browser and IRC client when I noticed that doing a transform in the 3D view (Move/Rotate/Scale) the mouse cursor would jiggle around and no longer move as it used to just a minute before, although the object being transformed still moves normally so it's no that bad. The problem is that restarting Blender doesn't remove this glitch so there is something in the .blend file that is causing it (opening a new document makes it behave normally again). I have attached the file if someone experienced wants to take a look at it. (Beware that I am a total beginner though so you wont see any impressive modeling or anything).
When I turn off the "Continuous Zoom" preference the mouse cursor behaves normally again but I prefer having it enabled.
Blender version is 2.58.0 r37702.

I'm trying to attach a short video clip to show the glitch but I get a "Missing Parameters" error when I click "Save Changes" on this page.

There's this on the attachments page, maybe it's related? "NOTE: Attachments only work when you press "Save Changes" with this tab visible!"
Which operating system are you testing this on?

I did have the Attachments tab open when I tried it. It just doesn't work. Maybe it doesn't like .mov files? It was only 1 MB btw.
My OS is Mac OS X 10.6.7 and my graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro.

OS X mouse-warping code is very glitchy, needs recode. That's why we have disabled the 'continuous grab' from default. Is on our todo.
