Minor UI artifacts in panel after adding custom material property

Description

Using 64bit Ubuntu 10.10 r38473.

Subject describes the problem, but look at the attached screenshot if you like.

Steps to reproduce:
- Start blender and go to material panel
- Scroll down to and expand the custom properties
- Add a custom property

Observe how a bunch of labels and spots in the panel get a hilight around them. Goes away if you remove the property.

also goes away if you close the custom properties panel but it is not happening just in the material properties but mostly in others like world, object..

this is a problem with how the highlights are drawn, has been another report about them not showing right.
