Software RAID0 hard drive not detected by Blender. *NEED MORE INFO*
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I've set up a RAID0 with Windows on a software basis, not with the BIOS.
So the two 2TB harddrives are being striped for better performance.

Blender can't find this hard drive with the file browser (save/open/import).
Doesn't matter which build I am using no build seems to work.

I am using Windows 7 64 Bit, latest updates installed.
Graphics card: MSI GTX 570 Twin FROZR III (nVidia, latest drivers installed).

Event Timeline

Do you have a letter (C:\) assigned to it?

Can you copy and paste hard drive's path into blender file browser?

Yes I have a letter (A:\) assigned to it.

Copy and pasting the file path works within the file browser.
I can also drag the .blend file from the Windows Explorer into my Blender window, which opens the file.
