Interface Editor window buttons grow larger with redraws

Description

The Interface Editor Window buttons (and sometimes icons) are drawn incrementally larger than before upon redraws. A new Interface Editor Window has the buttons and icons very tiny. The increase in size is occurs noticeably after making a render of image and go "Back to Previous" when the interface is redrawn, or after re-sizing the editor window (hiding another interface window).

Attached is an image with an older Editor Window now having large buttons, and a newly made Editor Window that has the tiny buttons.

Hi,

I realize it's annoying, but you are using the still unsupported "horizontal layout" for buttons. Only vertical layouts work as expected now.
The issue is an active item on our todo in wiki.
