Hi,

current openexr & jack libs in /lib/windows cause link errors building with Visual C++ 2010 (Express), so i uploaded self-compiled openexr libs and latest official jack lib & include folders (header with modifications to compile).

works with scons and cmake (release/debug)

scons users have to edit their config file to point to the correct lib folder.
cmake works out of the box, but has to be enabled again.
