Description

Hi,
Small feature in the sequencer: adding the option to play scenes from the end of the strip to the start.

Added a "Frame Reversal" button to the panel of the scene strip.

The option to add a new filter was tried, but its too ugly+breaks the rule of filters working on specific frames only.

No wiki this time, but I added documentation *please check my documentation for correctness!!*
