blender 2.60 RC2 doesn't launch on windows xp 32

Hello !

With the new blender 2.60 RC2, i have an error at the launch, and blender crash.
I am on windows xp 32 bits.

blender 2.49, 2.58 and 2.59 works fine.

Fix in svn, thanks for the report. The problem was that you saved a cycles file as default startup file, trunk crashed opening this.
