Description

I was trying to build on ubuntu 11.04 with system gcc and got the following:

error: 'ptrdiff_t' does not name a type.

I added the include in the patch, and things compiled fine.

Linux-3.0.0-14-generic-x86_64-with-Ubuntu-11.10-oneiric
gcc Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.1-9ubuntu3
