attached is blendfile with packed audio.

2 problems

1.
After opening file, play animation (Alt+A)

Problem:
audio that should be muted because of soft cut is still played

To solve:
go in & out of a metastrip (TAB) or delete a (meta)strip



2.
Place current frame in between first 2 metastrips, select all (A)
and extend (E) with the mouse on right side of current frame

Problem:
metastrips on the right are extended from their current position
instead of being moved on the timeline
