VSE: no red warning border on metastrips with Extend (E)

Description

simple blend file attached.

Basically when moving a Meta Strip over another strip with Extend (E), no red warning border around the meta strip shows up.


works with normal grab though.

Fixed in svn rev44455. Thanks for the report, closing.
