blender too long starts with international fonts

Description

when flag "international fonts" is off, blender start fast, in 3 sec.
but when this flag is on, and language is default or all other, the blender starts for very long time, in 40 seconds!!!!

Blender version: 2.62.0 r44136 (from splash screen)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1
CPU: Intel Celeron Dual-Core T3000 @ 1.80GHz

Sounds like you're using intel video cards. There's some bugs in their drivers which leads to this issue. Make sure you're using the very recent drivers for your card (check this on card manufacture's site).

yes, my videocard is Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

Then you should check if you're using latest driver from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/
