VSE Audio keyframes disappear on copy>paste

Description

After copying and pasting a meta strip with audio (from .mov camera file), I find that the newly pasted meta-strip's audio keyframes disappear. BUT they swap over to the video strip, as audio keyframes? See .jpg

Copy-paste doesn't actually copies curves assigned to strips, it's only copies strips themselves. It might be improved, but it's not a bug.
Actual bug here is that you somehow managed to create two strips with the same name which shouldn't normally happen. And to fix actual bug i'm wondering how you managed to do this and if you're able to reproduce this in a scene created in 2.63 release from scratch.

P.S. As workaround you might rename one of this two strips.

No response in more than week. Will close the report. When steps to re-produce two strips with the same name would be known it'll be easy to fix.
