Window Draw Method influences Normal Map baking

build: official 2.62 & r46546
os: windows 7 64bit
GPU: gtx 285
driver: 296.10

whhen the window draw method is set to overlap and a normal map is baked the saturation of the texture will randomly change between 2 states (full saturation and half saturation or so).
to reproduce this just bake the normal map over and over again and you will get different results.

when changing the draw method to full then the normal map always has full saturation.


in the attached pictures you can see the different result i get when baking with overlap draw method. all i did was hitting the bake button and sometimes the saturation changes.

Event Timeline

This is not a bug, not all window draw methods work for all cards. Overlap or Overlap Flip will work depending if the graphics card does swap-copy or swap-flip, though Full and Triple Buffer should always work.
