When I change the Size parameters on the "Textures" panel, the result is different on the viewport and in rendered version.
Also in Flip X/Y Axis does not affect to the viewport, it only rotates the texture on the Material Preview and when rendered.

Viewport GLSL drawing only supports a subset, it's not considered a bug when some options do not work in the viewport.
