The frameserver closes (crashes?) immediately after the first frame is requested. I verified it's still broken on blender-2.64-testbuild1.
To reproduce:
1) open blender and create a meaningless animation
2) Set render output to "Frame Server"
3) Click "Animation" to start the frameserver
4) Open a browser to http://localhost:8080/ (you will see the frame server page)
5) Request the first frame by adding onto the url: http://localhost:8080/images/ppm/1.ppm
6) The frame will download successfully
7) All further requests to localhost:8080 will fail with "connection refused" because the frameserver died and is no longer serving requests on port 8080.
