Description

Duplicates: T32857

I, and others, using Blender 2.64 and 2.64a on a 32 bit MacBook Pro with 10.6.8, crash upon trying to open. I am enclosing the crash report from the latest crash with 2.64a.

I had started a thread at another forum as well. You can see others having my experience.

Assigning to Jens. Jens can you please take a look at that? :)

Here's a build with other compiler but without openMP ( which was the reason for using gcc-4.6.3 initially )

Atm have no clue what goes wrong in 32bit, cause it works well for 64bit.

TYSM for looking into this. The new posted zip finally opened. I'm very grateful. If I can provide any other info, please let me know.

Blender 2.64a 32bit for OSX got updated in downloads.
I skipped the try to get gcc 4.6 working for 32bit now.
Apple gcc is safe but has no working openMP, we must for now life with this fact.
