Blender video output too fast. I used "Time Remapping", but not worked. Video always too fast, but sound normal speed.
Play video in Blender, everything normal speed. But when "Render Animation" and play output video, play too fast.
My input video 15 fps (HuffYuv). Output video "15 fps". "Time Remapping Old and New 15 fps". But output video is too fast.
I opened output video in VirtualDub and resave, and VirtualDub fix speed problem.

Description
Event Timeline
This is very much the issue of incompatibility of different video applications. We're using FFmpeg to handle video files and if some application is using different library to handle video our files could be incompatible. The goal here is to be compatible with blender itself.
I've tested render result of attached file in VLC (which is also ffmpeg-based) and speed was just nice.
Please report back if blender will fail to handle video it generated itself. Also if you're using Internal animation player -- if you're using different player speed could also be incorrect.
For now i can not see issues from blender side, it's more about issues with FFmpeg itself (or even with other apps),
Thanks. I tried, and VLC speed normal. But other players (KMPlayer, Media Player Classic, Windows Media Player, GOM Player) didn't play normal speed.
And
* Theora not work (including VLC)
* "AVI + Theora" and "OGG + Theora" not work.
* "MPEG4 + AAC" not work.
* "Matroska + AAC" not work.
* "AVI + AAC" not work.
etc...
Linked FFMPEG library buggy, or code error in Blender.
