Camera close to the object,"Post Processing-Edge" Will appear Excess lines and noise.
These noise sometimes not easy to find.
But after the synthesis of late, made into a movie, these noise will become very obvious.

This "Edge" option is a filter that detects slight differences in Z values in the Z-buffer from the rendering.
This value is based on the camera clipping range (clip start - clip end).
For best results you have to carefully adjust this range to match good edges in rendering. In your example the clipping range far exceeded the visible z range. Setting it a bit more narrow gives OK results then.
This is not a solvable problem really - the option is just a simple filter that works in primitive ways. Real cartoon rendering (like freestyle) will work superior.
